Harbor Accounting Group announced the acquisition of Shields and Company CPAs, an
established accounting firm headquartered in Melville, New York and led by Christine Steinert.
The acquisition further expands Harbor’s footprint on Long Island and reflects the firm’s
continued focus on thoughtful, strategic growth.

Shields and Company CPAs is recognized for its strong client relationships and practical
approach to tax and accounting services. Through the acquisition, clients will gain access to
Harbor Accounting Group’s broader service offerings, enhanced technology platform, and
expanded advisory resources, while continuing to receive the personalized service they value.
